St. Johnsbury Winter Farmers’ Market

Just because we are well into the autumn season and winter is soon approaching doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy fresh produce and the delicious things that grow. When you join in on the trend toward locally-sourced food, eating right becomes a four-season effort but it doesn’t have to be difficult during the winter months. Just like any other season, winter has its own host of fresh vegetables and arguably way more cookies and treats.

While you’re staying with us at Highland Lodge, visit the St. Johnsbury indoor Farmers’ Market. The winter indoor market is held the first and third Saturdays from November through April 10AM-1PM at the St. Johnsbury Welcome Center. The Victorian three-story Queen Anne style building was restored with brick, granite trim, a slate roof, and copper filigrees.
