Season's Passes (6% tax additional) Individual: $85.00 If you have purchased a 2007-2008 cross country ski season’s pass at any other Vermont Cross Country Ski area, present that purchased pass here and you can buy a Highland Lodge 2007-2008 Season’s Pass for $25.00. Lessons, per Hour Group (3 minimum) 15.00 per person 9% Vermont Room and Meals Tax Additional. Rates subject to change without notice. Advance deposit of 50% of your stay. For Deposit Return: July and August, December 23-Jan 1: Three month cancellation notice required. February 14 to 24: One month cancellation notice required. Other times, 14-day cancellation notice required for deposit return. $50.00 service fee for returned deposit. Deposit is applied to shortened stay days.
Reservation and
Cancellation Policy To confirm your reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of your stay. Once you have paid your deposit by credit card or check, we will mail you a written confirmation. Your deposit is refundable, less a $50 service charge if you cancel by your notification date. Your notification date is set according to the following schedule:
Shortened Stays- For reservation changes made after your Notification Date that reduce the number of room nights originally reserved,
we retain your deposit to cover those days.
